The Ford Flex is a full-size crossover that was built by the Ford Motor Company and was available from the 2009 through 2019 model years. How Much Oil and What Engine Oil Capacity is The Best For Ford Flex?
The 2019 Ford Flex with a 3.5L turbo engine takes 6 quarts of 5W-30 oil. For your car, we recommend Motorcraft motor oil. If Motorcraft oil is not available, use motor oils of the proper viscosity grade that conform to API SN specifications and display the API Certification Mark for gasoline engines. Unless the label also displays the API certification mark, do not use oil identified with API SN service category.
